Come celebrate over food, performances, and a dance floor full of day ones. Think welcome party meets So You Think You Can Danceâ„¢ meets family reunion.

Shuttles
Shuttles will be picking guests up at 5:30 pm at Hancock House. Plan to drive yourself or ride on one of the shuttles. Return shuttles will be available at 9:00 pm.

Attire
Sarees, lehengas, and kurtas recommended but colorful cocktail or semi-formal western wear works beautifully too. Dress to move and groove!

The main event! We’re so excited to share our cultures with you through a blended ceremony followed by a cocktail hour, dinner, and dancing.

Shuttles
Shuttles will be picking guests up at 3:00 pm at Hancock House. Plan to drive yourself or ride on one of the shuttles. Return shuttles will be available at 9:30 pm and 11:15 pm. Please note, we’ll be doing a sparkler exit at 11:00 pm.

Attire
Garden party soirée with statement suits and sweeping dresses. Ladies may want to consider wedges or block heels for the lawn. Need inspo?

Parking at the venue is extremely limited. For that reason, we encourage you to take one of the provided shuttles to the venue. Shuttles will pick up at Hancock House Hotel on Friday at 5:30 pm and return at 9:00 pm and Saturday at 3:00 pm with return shuttles at 9:30 pm and 11 pm.

  • Friday, weather permitting, will be completely outdoors.

    Saturday, weather permitting, we will be both indoors and outdoors the day of the wedding. For the ceremony, there is a short walk through the woods so we do suggested a block heel or a wedge. Cocktail hour will also be outside and the reception will be held inside.

  • On Friday, shuttles will arrive at the venue at 6 pm. If you are driving separately, please plan to arrive at 6 pm.

    On Saturday, shuttles will arrive at the venue at 4 pm. If you are driving separately, please plan to arrive at 6 pm.

  • Think: a night overflowing with love, surrounded by the best people, and tucked away in the woods where we can run in the grass barefoot as late as we want.

  • What every dream is made of: wine, paneer, and s’mores.

    You’ll be able to indicate any dietary restrictions in your RSVP.

  • If your invitation states, "and guest," then yes, you may bring a guest with you. We will only be able to accommodate the number of people that we have included on your invitation.

  • We love your children, but due to space restrictions, we cannot accommodate guests under 18 for the duration of our wedding weekend.

  • Yes, we’ll be providing shuttles from several pickup points. These will be announced in the coming weeks.

  • There are 40 parking spots at the venue. We would like to keep this to a minimum to ensure room for the buses. However, if you would like to drive to the venue, it is an option! Please just let us know ahead of time so we can be sure there’s enough space.

    Please note, this venue is very remote and therefore Ubers are not a reliable option. Plan to ride in one of our shuttles or drive yourself.

    *Please keep in mind that the wedding venue location is in a remote area off dark country roads.

  • Due to the remote nature of the Catskills Uber is not common and should not be considered as a dependable mode of transportation to or from the venue.
